Butterflies are liars.
They float past us like grace incarnate—sugar-winged and sunlight-soft—pretending they’ve always known how to fly.
But they forget to mention that once, they crawled.
They don’t flutter through the garden whispering about the hunger of caterpillar days, or the quiet ache of inching across the earth, belly to soil. They don’t show you the parts of their becoming where everything they ever were… dissolved.
No Instagram post ever says:
"Hey, just liquefied my organs today! #TransformationJourney"
Butterflies never post from inside the chrysalis.
But if they did, the caption would read:
"I am not who I was. I am not yet who I’m becoming. I am goo. And I am holy."
What the Butterfly Doesn’t Tell You About Its Transformation
Here’s the real story.
When a caterpillar is ready to become something new, it doesn’t grow wings.
It melts.
Inside the chrysalis, its entire body digests itself. Its legs, muscles, eyes, and even its brain dissolves into biological soup. It’s not just a remodel—it’s a death and a rebirth. A total breakdown of identity.
And what emerges is not a reformed caterpillar.
It is a new creation. Wings born from imaginal cells that had always been there, dormant and waiting, deep in its body’s blueprint.
That’s how transformation works in nature.
And it’s how transformation works in us.
The Moment I Heard the Call & Everything Changed
Years ago, I found myself at an immersion retreat—exhausted, overworked, deeply unfulfilled—still wearing the outer mask of success.
I had spent years as a professional dancer, scraping by, chasing perfection, and silently destroying the body I depended on. Then I hung up my dance shoes for a corporate sales job to “pay the bills” and provide for the family. I’d built a life that looked inspiring on the outside… but felt like slow erosion on the inside.
And then, somewhere in the stillness, safety, and sacred container of that retreat—I heard it.
A call I couldn’t ignore.
It whispered, “Quit the day job. Say yes to the dream. This life is not your truth.”
That retreat cracked me open.
And I entered the chrysalis.
True Transformation: The Journey of Becoming
I didn’t just “change careers.” I changed lives—starting with my own.
I said yes to transformational coaching that taught me a tested and proven formula for releasing the old that no longer served me and stepping into a life I truly love.
Yes to sisterhood.
Yes to rituals, retreats, sacred movement, healing, breathwork, and layers of soul excavation.
For over 20 years, I have walked this path as not only a deep student of transformation, but now also as a guide for others.
Along the journey as I rose from the goo, something stirred in me—clear, certain, and undeniable.
I wasn’t just meant to heal.I was meant to help others rise.
The call to become a transformational coach became the next sacred invitation. And I’ve been answering that call for over two decades now, holding space for thousands of women all over the world as they remember their power, reclaim their radiance, and become their most alive, embodied selves.
Changing Your Life Begins When the Cocoon is Calling
Maybe you’ve been feeling it, too.
A sacred inner tug.
A knowing that something needs to shift.
The sense that you’re standing in a life that doesn’t quite fit anymore.
Here’s how the cocoon whispers:
- You’re exhausted… but can’t rest.
- You’re successful… but it feels empty.
- You crave connection… but feel like you’re scratching the surface.
- You want to be radiant… but you feel dull and flat.
- You ache for joy… but joy feels unreachable.
- You’re doing everything “right”… but nothing feels aligned.
If any of this feels true, beloved, you’re not failing.
You’re being called into the chrysalis.
You are not broken.
You are being called.
The Transformation Journey Isn’t a Solo Trip (No One Transforms Alone)
Let me tell you what butterflies don’t do.
Butterflies don’t wing it alone.
They are protected, held in sacred containment while their old form falls away.
They have a cocoon.
A temple.
A womb.
A sacred space between what was and what’s next.
And so do you.
If you’re entering your season of becoming—of unraveling what’s no longer true and stepping into the fullness of who you are—I want to hold that space for you.
You don’t have to do this alone.

When you are ready to go all-in—body, heart, and soul—there is a sacred place waiting for you.
Welcome to Journey To Vitality, a 7-day transformational retreat for women in Riviera Maya and Tulum, Mexico.
This is not a vacation.
It’s a soul-immersion.
It’s a chrysalis.
Held by the ocean, softened by the jungle, cradled in sacred sisterhood—this retreat is where you will melt, rise, and remember.
🌺 We sit in ancient Mayan Temazcal ceremonies, shedding emotional burdens in the womb of the earth.
🌺 We move through TranscenDance™ movement journeys that alchemize grief, stuckness, and shame into embodied joy and wild power.
🌺 We cry, laugh, and heal.
🌺 We speak the truth we've swallowed for years.
🌺 We honor our bodies as sacred instruments of the Divine.
🌺 We breathe. We remember. We rise.
I will walk with you as your midwife of becoming—holding space for your darkness and your light, your death and your blooming.
You will not emerge the same.
You will emerge more “you” than ever before.

Ready to Start Changing Your Life? This Is the Season of Surrender
If you feel like you're falling apart, you're not.
You're falling inward.
You’re remembering.
And preparing to grow your wings.
Don’t rush the process, numb it, or run from it.
Honor it.
Melt inside it.
Let yourself be undone, so that the next version of you—the radiant one, the sovereign one, the winged one—can be born.
There is beauty on the other side of surrender.
And I would be honored to hold you through it.
