The mind works by listening to what you say really tunes into your thoughts and we all think that it’s enough to wish and dream and hope, but it really is. The Seebohm effect is getting strong. Every way you think of a drug will have more of an effect on you than what’s in the drug. The mind loves to be excited. You want to activate the energy of your subconscious mind. Give it something to be excited about. It wakes up the mind. And you talked about making the unfamiliar familiar, the unknown known, the uncomfortable comfortable. Because as you do that, you begin to relate to this dream not as something super far out there. There’s never going to happen, but as this is your normal state of being. And otherwise, when you begin to normalize this vision, because the subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between an imagined reality and physical reality, and as you normalize it as your reality, then everything begins to shift.
