You see, my life wasn’t always the success it is today. In fact, when I was a young girl, I found myself in a hospital bed in Portland, Oregon facing a death sentence.
Before that, I had a high school experience like most young girls dream about. I was an honor student, class vice president, on the drill team and I even had a lead in the junior play. I was popular and became a homecoming princess and was dreaming of becoming a teacher. But all of that came to an end when I got pregnant at the end of my junior year in high school.
There was a hasty, 10-person wedding. A few weeks later, the principal of my high school called me into his office and told me that I would not be allowed to return for my senior year because it would be inappropriate for a pregnant girl to mix with the normal girls. Instead, I was told that I could attend another high school, held after dark on the other side of town where I was not normally allowed to go.
My son was born in December of 1966 and I graduated from that evening school in May of 1967. Just a few months later, I found myself in a hospital bed, diagnosed with fatal kidney disease. Doctors told me that if they could get the blood toxin level in my body reduced enough so I could undergo surgery, maybe, just maybe I would have six months to live.
I was terrified that I’d never see my son grow up. The best I could imagine was seeing him take his first steps. I was scared that I would never become a teacher. I was scared that this was it.
Then, the night before the surgery, a woman unexpectedly walked into my room and changed my life forever.
She began by explaining that everything is created twice. “Look around you,” she said. “This hospital bed, the gown you’re wearing, all the machines in this hospital room that you’re connected to, they were all created twice. First it had to be a thought before it could be a thing.”
That single idea led me to the discovery of a system that transformed my life. It took about four months, but I had complete healing. The doctors were astounded and could find no medical explanation for my recovery. Not only did I see my son take his first steps, I saw his three younger siblings take theirs. I became a teacher, just as I had dreamed, and then I made it my life’s work to study the laws that transformed my life.

Here’s a little secret about human beings and abundance… we all have abundance “thermostats” that determine how much abundance we experience in our lives.
